| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 22, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until June 16, 2008, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file a brief in accordance with the rules of the court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[b]).
