Appellant-respondent having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on April 11, 2007, and respondent-appellant having cross-moved for an extension of time to perfect the cross appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John A. Collins sworn to April 24, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affidavit of Kimberly A. Colaiacovo sworn to May 6, 2008, the notice of cross motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is, granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered February 25, 2008 is hereby amended by deleting the date April 25, 2008 and inserting in its place the date May 23, 2008, and
It is further ORDERED that the cross motion be, and the same hereby is, granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered February 25, 2008 is hereby amended by deleting the date May 27, 2008 and inserting in its place the date June 27, 2008.
