Petitioner-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 25, 2007, and October 12, 2007,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of David S. Tamber, Esq., sworn to April 4, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order entered June 25, 2007 is denied and the appeal is dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon consent (see Matter of Cherilyn P., 192 AD2d 1084, lv denied 82 NY2d 652), and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order entered October 12, 2007 is dismissed as unnecessary.
