Application by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 11, 2008, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated April 14, 2008, as conditioned a stay of certain portions of the order dated February 11, 2008, upon perfection of the appeal on or before May 14, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the decision and order on motion dated April 14, 2008, is amended by deleting from the first and second decretal paragraphs thereof the date "May 14, 2008," and substituting therefor the date "June 16, 2008".
