| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Roy Sharkey from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated July 26, 2007. By decision and order on motion of this court dated December 7, 2007, the motion to dismiss the appeal was denied, and the appellant was granted leave to renew a motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person on or before December 28, 2007. The appellant failed to do so, and the appeal has not been perfected.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
