Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 24, 2008, as directed the appellant to deposit the sum of $12,000 into court each month, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
