ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated May 15, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion by the nonparty-appellant, on appeals from two decisions, a decree, and an order of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated June 19, 2007, December 11, 2007, August 7, 2007, and January 7, 2008, respectively, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the following: "(Appellate DivisionDocket No. 2008-03361)," and substituting therefor the following: "(Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-03362)".
