| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 9, 2008, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of the order as returned all proceedings in the above-entitled action to the Family Court, Dutchess County, and to stay all proceedings involving the subject child in the Family Court, Dutchess County, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
