DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Ayodeji Babalola for leave to reargue a prior motion for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated July 26, 2007, which reversed a judgment of the Civil Court, City of New York, Kings County, entered March 14, 2002, and dismissed an appeal from an order of the same court entered July 23, 2003. The motion for leave to appeal was determined by decision and order on motion dated February 11, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
