| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this court dated February 19, 2008, which determined an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated May 4, 2007, and to stay enforcement of the decision and order dated February 19, 2008, pending hearing and determination of the appeal to the Court of Appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
