Cabrini Terrace Joint Venture v O'Brien, Charles
It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction until after July 31, 2008. This is to afford the appellant an opportunity to perfect the appeal and notice it for no later than the October 2008 term of this court. If the appeal is perfected by said date and the appellant is current in the payment of accruing use and occupancy, he may move for a continuation of the stay beyond July 31, 2008. The appeal may proceed on the original record of the trial court.
