Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 10, 2006, and two judgments of the same court both entered February 7, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until June 2, 2008, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
