| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Structural Technology, Inc., in effect, for an expedited briefing schedule on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 30, 2008, or, in the alternative to vacate any automatic stay that is in effect pursuant to CPLR 5519(a).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, for an expedited briefing schedule is granted, and the appellants shall perfect the appeal on or before July 7, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to vacate any automatic stay that is in effect pursuant to CPLR 5519(a) is denied.
