| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, (1) to recall and vacate so much of (a) a decision and order on motion of this court dated August 1, 2003, as dismissed appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 7, 2003, and May 9, 2003, respectively, (b) a decision and order on motion of this court dated September 23, 2003, as dismissed appeals from four orders of the same court dated March 8, 2002, July 24, 2002, July 24, 2002, and October 11, 2002, respectively, (c) a decision and order on motion of this court dated January 12, 2005, as dismissed appeals from a judgment of the same court entered November 12, 2003, and an order of the same court entered February 11, 2004, (2) to reinstate the appeals, and (3) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to recall and vacate so much of the decisions and orders on motion of this court as dismissed the appeals and to reinstate the appeals are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is denied as academic.
