Application by the respondents Sung Sun Ju and Ok Joo Choi pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 11, 2007, and April 4, 2008, respectively.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondents Sung Sun Ju and Ok Joo Choi to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 27, 2008, and the brief of the respondents Sung Sun Ju and Ok Joo Choi must be served and filed on or before that date.
