| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioner in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, in the nature of mandamus and prohibition, among other things, to annul certain determinations of the Appellate Term, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, inter alia, (1) "for contempt of court pursuant to CPLR section 5104," (2) to "redress [the] petitioner's right[s]," and (3) "to compensate or otherwise further the right of the petitioner in whose favor the judicial direction was made."
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
