Appellant having moved for a stay of all proceedings to enforce orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on February 7, 2008, March 13, 2008, March 24, 2008 and April 9, 2008, pending the hearing and determination of the appeals taken herein, to seal the record, to proceed anonymously, and for permission to appeal, if necessary, from the orders entered March 13, 2008, March 24, 2008 and April 9, 2008,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Janine E. Frank dated April 10, 2008,

the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is, granted to the extent that the record on appeal is hereby sealed, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is denied to the extent that it seeks permission to proceed anonymously, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed as unnecessary.
