Appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of the said Court on May 3, 2007, and for permission to proceed on a lesser number of copies,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Shawn Green sworn to March 25, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person be, and the same hereby is, granted on the condition that appellant perfect the appeal on or before July 14, 2008, and the motion is otherwise denied.
