Appellants having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from an order and a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on June 14, 2007 and October 31, 2007, and for an extension of time to perfect the appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Charles F. Desmond, II sworn to May 14, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is, granted, the appeals from the order and judgment entered June 14, 2007 and October 31, 2007 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 17, 2008 is hereby amended by deleting the date May 29, 2008 and inserting in its place the date July 31, 2008.
