It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting the warrant of eviction to be executed after June 30, 2008. This is to afford the appellant an opportunity to document the payment of appellant's portion of the accruing use and occupancy to the petitioner and what efforts she has taken to have all the outstanding arrears paid to the landlord through the Section 8 program.
