Motions by appellant to relieve assigned counsel, Gregory T. Rinckey, Esq., from further representation of appellant in this matter and for assignment of new counsel, or in the alternative, be allowed to proceed pro se, and for extension of time to file and serve his supplemental brief pro se.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to relieve assigned counsel and proceed pro se is denied, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file and serve a supplemental brief pro se is denied as moot, and appellant's motions are otherwise denied in all respects.
