Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to relieve assigned counsel and proceed pro se is denied, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion
for an extension of time to file and serve a supplemental brief pro se is denied as moot, and appellant's motions are otherwise denied in all
respects.
