DECISION
Motion by tenants-appellants to reinstate and continue the stay contained in the order of this court dated February 9, 2007 is granted on condition that within 10 days of the date of the order hereon tenants deposit with the court below the sum of $2,200 representing use and occupancy for April 2008 and continue to deposit with the court below any and all arrears in rent and/or use and occupancy from May 1, 2008, at the same rate as it becomes due and to perfect the appeal on or before July 3, 2008.
In the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay on 3 days' notice.
