On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated May 9, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the respondent, on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 9, 2007, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the word "appellants," and substituting therefor the word "respondent."
