Application by the respondents County of Suffolk, Suffolk County Transportation Division, and Joseph Parise pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 7, 2007, and November 13, 2007, respectively.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondents County of Suffolk, Suffolk County Transportation Division, and Joseph Parise to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 19, 2008, and the brief of the respondents County of Suffolk, Suffolk County Transportation Division, and Joseph Parise must be served and filed on or before that date.
