DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 1, 2007, and two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 13, 2007, and September 17, 2007, respectively, inter alia, to direct Thomas F. Liotti, Esq., her former counsel, to deliver the file for her appeals to Jeffrey Levitt, Esq., and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct Thomas F. Liotti, Esq., the appellant's former counsel, to deliver the file for her appeals to Jeffrey Levitt, Esq., is granted, and on or before June 5, 2008, Thomas F. Liotti, Esq., shall deliver the file for the appeals to Jeffrey Levitt, Esq.; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until July 7, 2008; and it is further,

ORDERED that motion is otherwise denied.
