Application by the appellants-respondents on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 10, 2004, and a judgment of the same court dated January 13, 2005, to substitute Regina Keitel, executor of the estate of Jerry Keitel, a/k/a Jerome W. Keitel, for the deceased plaintiff Jerry Keitel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Regina Keitel , executor of the estate of Jerry Keitel, a/k/a Jerome W. Keitel, is substituted for the deceased plaintiff Jerry Keitel, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
