| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Anthony DeDentro and Christina DeDentro for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 8, 2008, to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for leave to prosecute the appeal as poor persons.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order dated April 8, 2008, is granted, and the order dated April 8, 2008, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 25, 2007, granting supervised visitation to the respondents is reinstated pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to prosecute the appeal as poor persons is denied, with leave to renew on or before June 19, 2008, upon proper papers, including the appellants' affidavits setting forth the appellants' full financial situations including all assets, both real and personal, as well as any and all sources of income and expenses.
