Reargument granted, and upon reargument, the decision and order of this Court entered December 4, 2007 (Appeal Nos. 2276-2277) affirming the judgment of conviction, Supreme Court, New York County (Edwin Torres, J.), rendered October 9, 2001, as amended August 12, 2005, adhered to. We perceive no basis upon which to reduce the sentence imposed upon defendant.
