DECISION AND ORDER
ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeals and to consolidate appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated January 16, 2007 is denied, without costs, and the appeal is dismissed, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated August 24, 2007 and March 20, 2008 is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to July 15, 2008, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeals is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated August 24, 2007 and March 20, 2008 shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief.
