It is Ordered that the motion to dismiss the appeals from the January 31, 2008 and March 12, 2008 orders of the Civil Court of New York County is granted with $10- costs. By stipulation dated April 10, 2008, the parties agreed to discontinue the action with prejudice. Accordingly, the appeals are dismissed.
