Separate motions by the appellants for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this court dated April 29, 2008, which determined appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 11, 2006, and, in the event leave to appeal is granted, to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
