| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 15, 2008, which, in effect, directed unsupervised visitation between the respondent father and the subject children, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition in and relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that unsupervised visitation between the respondent and the children Precious and Queen is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
