DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Leslie Sage Rothschild on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 14, 2007, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated November 26, 2007, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated January 30, 2008, as amended by decision and order on motion of this court dated May 1, 2008, as conditioned a stay of stated portions of the order dated November 26, 2007, upon the perfection of the appeals on or before May 29, 2008.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this court dated January 30, 2008, as amended by decision and order on motion of this court dated May 1, 2008, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "May 29, 2008," and substituting therefor the date "June 13, 2008."
