Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 15, 2007, and October 31, 2007, respectively, and to enlarge the appellants time to serve and file a reply brief.
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is granted and the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 12, 2008, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is denied as premature.
