Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 20, 2008, and to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that enforcement of the order dated May 20, 2008, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal or further order of the Family Court, Queens County; and it is further,
ORDERED that the conditions that were in effect prior to the order dated May 20, 2008, are reinstated pending hearing and determination of the appeal or further order of the Family Court, Queens County.
