Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 27, 2008, and to enlarge the petitioners' time to serve and file their reply brief.

ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 30, 2008, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the petitioners' time to serve and file their reply brief is enlarged until August 29, 2008, and the petitioners' reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
