Motion by the plaintiffs, in effect, pursuant to CPLR 5704 to grant their order to show cause for a deposition priority so that the defendants Richard Braun and Braun Marketing appear for a deposition on a date certain, which the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, declined to sign on April 29, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
