DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the child to dismiss appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 13, 2007, and July 25, 2007, respectively, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief. Application by the Administration for Children's Services pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeals is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief and the application to enlarge the time of the Administration for Children's Services to serve and file a brief are granted, the time of the attorney for the child and of the Administration for Children's Services to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until July 3, 2008, and the briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
