| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Applications by the respondent-appellant and State Farm Fire & Casualty Company pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs on appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 13, 2007.
ORDERED that the applications are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent-appellant shall serve and file his answering brief, including his points of argument on the cross appeal, on or before July 11, 2008 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their respective briefs on or before August 16, 2008; and it is further,
