DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the Orange County Department of Social Services to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated August 1, 2007, to include the transcripts of the testimony of Eileen Robertson, Rosemary Garcia, Vanessa Palmer, Shannon Reeves, Tracy Reeves, and Cynthia Barton in a proceeding commenced in the Family Court, Orange County, under Docket No. V-274/04.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the attorney for the child will file one copy of the above-referenced transcripts with the Clerk of this court on or before June 18, 2008; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of the Orange County Department of Social Services to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 18, 2008, and the brief of the Orange County Department of Social Services must be served and filed on or before that date.
