DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the child on an appeal from two orders of the Family Court, Orange County, dated August 1, 2007, and August 9, 2007, respectively, to enlarge the record to include the transcripts of the testimony of Eileen Robertson, Rosemary Garcia, Vanessa Palmer, Shannon Reeves, Tracy Reeves, and Cynthia Barton in a proceeding commenced in the Family Court, Orange County, under Docket No. V-274/04.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before June 18, 2008, the attorney for the child will file one copy of the above-referenced transcripts for each appeal with the Clerk of this court; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 18, 2008, and the brief of the attorney for the child must be served and filed on or before that date.
