| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve retained counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 2, 2004, and substitute assigned counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to the appellant seeking leave to file a supplemental pro se brief after his retained counsel files a brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's retained counsel shall serve and file a brief on or before June 18, 2008.
