Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from two decisions and orders of this court dated November 13, 2007, which determined appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered January 13, 2006, and an order of the same court entered November 2, 2006, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
