ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated May 8, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which directed the appellant-respondent to serve and file a supplemental record, on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 26, 2007, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated April 1, 2008, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "May 16, 2008," and substituting therefor the date "June 3, 2008 ."
