Motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved of an assignment to represent the children on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated October 4, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the children, Robert I. Kurtz, Esq., 1205 Franklin Avenue, Garden City, New York 11530, is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to the new attorney for the children herein assigned; and it is further,
