ORDERED that the order on application of this court dated June 3, 2008, in the above-entitled appeal, which granted applications to enlarge time to serve and file reply briefs on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 15, 2008, is amended by deleting from the last decretal paragraph the date "August 16, 2008," and substituting therefor the date "August 15, 2008".
