DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings to evict her from the subject premises in a proceeding entitled Matter of New York City Housing Authority v Leocadio, pending in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, under Index No. L & T 210438/07, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 6, 2008, and for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
