Motion by the appellant pro se to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated April 18, 2008, which recalled and vacated a decision and order on motion of this court dated February 13, 2008, which granted his application for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on his appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered November 30, 2005, and to reinstate the decision and order on motion dated February 13, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
