Motion by Danielle Coviello on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Orange County, dated April 25, 2007, for leave to file a supplemental record containing an affidavit of Michele Okin dated January 24, 2005, and an order of the Surrogate's Court, Orange County, dated January 25, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before June 24, 2008, Danielle Coviello shall serve and file the supplemental record containing the affidavit of Michele Okin dated January 24, 2005, and the order dated January 25, 2005.
