| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Philip Sebastian Frank, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 30, 2008, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Philip S. Frank.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Philip Sebastian Frank to Philip S. Frank, effective immediately.
